This Privacy Policy explains how James Schraft ("SportsTrader," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website (sportstrader.app). By using this site or joining our waitlist, you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Email address — only if you choose to join our waitlist.
• Basic technical data — our hosting provider and any analytics tool we enable may record standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and understand traffic. We do not use this to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data through this site. The site uses virtual tokens only and does not process real money.

2. Why we collect it

• To notify you when SportsTrader launches and send occasional product updates you asked for.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

Where required (e.g., for visitors in the EU/UK), our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time.

3. How we store and share it

Waitlist emails are stored with our infrastructure providers, including Supabase (database) and Cloudflare Pages (website hosting), which process data on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with these service providers and where required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We retain waitlist emails until launch and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete your information or unsubscribe — whichever comes first.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any right, email schraftjames@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

6. Email choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed at any time.

7. Cookies and fonts

This site does not set advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts; see Google's privacy policy for details. If we later add analytics, we will update this section.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
